Common issues and how to resolve them

Running into issues? Here are the most common fixes:

  • “I can’t log in.”

    • Make sure you’re using the email address tied to your Chamelio account.

    • If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the login page to reset it.

  • “The Word Add-in is acting strange.”

    • Clearing the cache usually does the trick. In the Add-in pane, click the info icon (i) in the top right corner, then select Clear Web Cache and Reload.

  • “The Web App isn’t behaving.”

    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then log back in.

  • “It might be a network issue.”

    • Try logging in from another network (like a mobile hotspot). If that works, the issue may be with your office network — check with your IT team.
