“I can’t log in.”
Make sure you’re using the email address tied to your Chamelio account.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the login page to reset it.
“The Word Add-in is acting strange.”
Clearing the cache usually does the trick. In the Add-in pane, click the info icon (i) in the top right corner, then select Clear Web Cache and Reload.
“The Web App isn’t behaving.”
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then log back in.
“It might be a network issue.”
Try logging in from another network (like a mobile hotspot). If that works, the issue may be with your office network — check with your IT team.
