Contracts
Once uploaded, all your agreements live in the Contracts (Document Center) - your smart legal repository. Think of it as a spreadsheet on steroids. The Document Center is your organization's smart legal repository, designed to store, manage, and analyze all your contracts and legal data. Chamelio Core transforms your array of documents into an intelligent and actionable database.
Chamelio automatically reads your contracts and extracts over 15 key data points (like parties, effective dates, etc.) into sortable columns. You can search, filter, and save custom views to quickly find what you need.
To customize the data Chamelio extracts globally, you can add new Fields in Settings > Fields. This teaches Chamelio to find and extract specific data points that are important to your business across all future document uploads.
You can add additional data fields for extraction by following these steps:
Go to the Settings Page and view the Fields tab.
Click on “Add Field”.
Choose a field from our library or add a manual field.
A. For Library Fields:
choose the desired field.
click on Next.
💡 if you want to limit the extraction to a certain document type, you can do so by changing the Scope and choose the relevant type.
B. For Manual Fields :
Enter a Field Name and description.
choose the desired extraction scope - Global for all document types, or by specific document type.
choose the desired Format for the response: Text, Clause, Number, Date, Yes or No, Select (list).
Enable Smart Extraction by toggling it on to automatically collect data from the document.
Enter the prompt for AI Extraction and Click on Test Prompt.
Evaluate the answers received, and once you are happy with the result - click on Create.
