Collections

You can create collections of contracts from your document center based on criteria you define, which can update automatically based on the contracts cycle and new uploads to Chamelio Core (e.g., "All Active Vendor MSAs," "NDAs Expiring in the Next 90 Days").

To create a new collection, go to the "Contracts" page and apply the desired Filter, and click on "Save to Collection". To ensure the collection is constantly updated, ensure the toggle "is live" is set.

The collection’s privacy settings can be set to be either private, shared with specific users within your organizations, or with your entire organization.

Custom Columns

To extract data specific to a single collection, use Custom Columns. This feature allows you to create new data fields that will only be populated for documents within that collection. Simply click “Custom Columns,” name your new column, choose a response format (such as Text, Date, or Number), and then write a clear AI prompt to define the information you want to extract.

💡 You can use these additional tools:

Prompt Enhancement: Chamelio will automatically review your prompt and enhance it so to better the data extraction.

Advanced: test your prompt prior to the column creation.

Enter the prompt for AI Extraction and Click on Next.

Evaluate the answers received, and once you are happy with the result - click on Create.
