Each Flow is comprised of the following steps:
Intake: the Flow's trigger (required step). Collect requests or information from your team through forms or inputs (for example, submitting a form using Slack or email).
Agent (optional): use Chamelio's AI Agent for reviews, redlines, or custom flow tasks.
Generate (optional): Automatically create documents, drafts, or outputs from your templates.
Notify (optional): send updates or alerts to the right people, using Slack, email, or other methods.
Negotiate (optional): Collaborate with parties to review and negotiate documents through iterative versions.
Sign (optional): Manage contract negotiations and signing process with assigned owners and AI-assisted review.
Collect (optional): Collect details from Slack, email, or manual forms.
Customization (optional): Customize task properties like priority, owner, title, and due date.
Condition (optional): Branch flow based on input variables and conditions.
Approval (optional): Request approval from selected users via Slack or email.
Email-Triggered Workflows
Enhanced workflow capabilities with full email integration support. Users can now trigger workflows via email, receive notifications from workflow steps, and reply to workflow emails. The system includes proper handling of external senders, email validation, and activity logging for all email interactions.
Conditional Intake Fields
Workflow intake forms now support conditional logic for fields. You can configure fields to show or hide based on the values of other fields, creating dynamic and streamlined intake experiences. Conditional fields are visually indicated with an icon in the intake builder.
Conditional Approval
Workflow approval step support conditional logic to define different logic on which group should approve during a step.
