The Activity Monitor is your portal for uploading and tracking the status of new agreements.
You have three ways to upload:
Manual Upload: Simply drag and drop files or folders or click “Choose files”.
Integration: Connect your Google Drive account for seamless, ongoing synchronization. First, you will need to connect your Google Drive account to Chamelio Core. To do this you visit the Settings page, go to the Integrations tab and choose Google Drive. Click on “Connect” and follow the steps. Then, return to the “Activity Monitor” page, click on “uplaod documents” and choose Google Drive. [video showing how to connect the google drive and upload document]
Email: Forward signed contracts directly to a dedicated email address ([email protected]).
After you upload a document, you can track its progress with the following statuses:
In Progress: Your document is actively being processed. No action is needed.
Skipped: The upload was paused because the document appears to be unsigned.
Missing: We couldn't identify your organization as a party to the agreement.
Duplicate: This document already exists in your repository.
Failed: The upload was unsuccessful due to a technical error.
💡 Note: You can manually override any failed or paused upload. Simply click on the document and enter the required information to add it to your Document Center.
