How to Use and Manage the Chamelio Playbooks

In this video, we review how to use the playbooks, which are built around positions and fallbacks. We walk through how playbooks can be accessed and managed from the web interface, referenced by the agent (via a plus or mention command), or triggered through the Word add-in's review feature, and highlight the improved layout that makes it easier to see how a playbook will shape review outcomes.

We demonstrate day-to-day editing, including typing changes directly or using the built-in agent to draft positions, test clauses, and summarize the playbook, then explain the new requirement for trigger language on fallbacks so the agent knows when each alternative should automatically apply, showing how unresolved fallbacks are flagged with red indicators until clarified.

We close by noting that the system generates suggested playbook updates based on user activity and legal team edits, which playbook owners or admins can review and choose to approve or dismiss rather than having them applied automatically.
