Getting Started With Flows

CREATE A NEW FLOW

  1. Navigate to Flows in the sidebar

  2. Click New Flow

  3. Choose Start from scratch (or from a template)

  4. Configure the Intake trigger (your entry point)

  5. Add steps to build your sequence

  6. Click Settings to configure details

  7. Click Publish to activate

Every workflow has a status:

- Draft – Being edited; not available to users

- Active – Published and ready to use

- Paused – Temporarily disabled; no new instances can start

Change state from the workflow menu: Pause flow, Resume flow, or Publish.
